What follows governs your use of this website and your purchases from Olaris Courtyard — placing an order means you accept them.

About the seller

Everything sold here is handled by Olaris Courtyard in Indore, Madhya Pradesh and our catalogue is planters & garden pots, sold across India.

Our catalogue is bought from suppliers and sold as our own. We make nothing ourselves and represent no manufacturer.

How an order is formed

Payment does not conclude the contract — dispatch does . Until dispatch we can still decline for out-of-stock items, mispriced listings or unverifiable details.

If we turn down a paid order, the whole amount comes back.

About our listings

Listings are written from supplier information and from the item itself — photographs show the actual product, though colours shift between screens and dimensions are approximate unless stated. If a description is materially wrong, the return policy covers you.

What to expect from these products

Planters and pots are sold empty and without plants unless a listing says otherwise. Ceramic and terracotta are fired, so shade, glaze and dimensions vary a little between individual pieces.

Prices

We price in Indian Rupees and add delivery, visibly, at checkout — we may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Clear mispricing is raised with you rather than silently fulfilled.

How you may use the site

  • Do not use the site unlawfully, or in a way that disrupts it for other people
  • Keep your account details private — orders placed through your account are your responsibility
  • Reusing our photography or listing text commercially is not allowed

Limits of liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for the remedies set out in our shipping, return and cancellation policies . To the extent the law allows, indirect and consequential loss is excluded; rights that cannot lawfully be limited are untouched.
