Parcels are packed in Indore and go out by courier . Here is what you pay, how long you wait, and how to track it.

What you pay for delivery

free delivery starts at ₹999 ; a flat ₹49 covers delivery on anything smaller.

Cash on Delivery carries no handling fee.

Timings

we need 1–2 business days to check and pack ; transit runs 3–9 business days once it is collected.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that day’s dispatch run.

The figures are estimates from our courier partners, and we would rather warn you about a delay than let a tracking page do it.

Where we ship

All orders ship inside India — we do not ship internationally and cannot hand parcels to a freight forwarder.

There are pin codes our courier partners will not take, and we refund straight away rather than let an order hang.

Tracking your parcel

Collection triggers a tracking email . Tracking often lags a few hours behind reality; that gap is not a problem. Write to [email protected] or call +91 8048738107.

Damage and failed deliveries

A short video of the parcel being opened protects you. Report damage, a wrong item or a missing piece within 48 hours with that footage and we cover everything.

Where an address is wrong or the courier cannot find anyone home, the parcel comes back here . Give us a good address and we go again, with the flat fee applied once more.
