We collect only what an order needs, and this notice says what that is — why we hold it, how long, and what you can ask us to do about it.

The details we take

• The routine data any web server records: IP address, device, pages opened
• Contact and delivery details: name, address, email, phone
• A record of what you ordered, so past orders can be discussed

Card and banking details are not part of this at all . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.

Purpose

For fulfilment, correspondence, returns and refunds, and the record-keeping the law imposes . We neither profile you for advertising nor sell your details.

Who else sees it

Only those who need it to complete your order: the courier carrying the parcel, and the hosting and email providers that run this site, and none may use the data for their own purposes. Anything handed to an authority is handed over because the law requires it.

Nothing about your garden, balcony or plants is collected; we only need the delivery address.

How long data stays

We keep the order and invoice trail for exactly as long as the law obliges . Enquiries that led nowhere are deleted after closure; we keep nothing ‘just in case’.

Cookies and the basket

Two kinds of cookie run here — functional ones for the basket, and basic page analytics . Blocking them in your browser is your call, but checkout stops working.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) you may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it The Grievance Officer below handles these requests, and answers within a reasonable period.

It is a role, filled from our own team, and every complaint is acknowledged and answered.

Security

Traffic is encrypted and order records are restricted to fulfilment staff — no system is perfect, and if a breach ever affects your data we will tell you and the relevant authority.

Changes are posted here, effective from the date they appear.
