While the order is still with us

Cancellation is free right up to the moment the courier collects, though the 3:00 PM IST cut-off is a hard edge.

Reach us at [email protected], or on +91 8048738107 during customer service hours. Quote the order number and ask us to cancel; we confirm in writing.

Once the courier has it

We have no way to stop a parcel already with the courier . The return route is open for 10 days from delivery.

When the money comes back

A prepaid UPI order cancelled before dispatch is reversed within 5 to 7 working days, in line with Reserve Bank of India guidance on reversals.

There is no payment to reverse on a cancelled Cash on Delivery order, and no fee is deducted for cancelling.

Cancellations from our side

Now and then the cancellation is ours . Damaged stock, unserved pin codes and unverifiable details are the usual causes; the refund is always full.

Sending a doubtful item to keep a sale is not how we work.
